1) Service Quality:Service quality should be the first priority for any company planning to use VoIP. One must look into ACD, ASR and PDD. Ideally, the ACD should range between 2-3 minutes while, ASR should be between 40-50%. To give quality of services, the PDD should not be more than 3 seconds.
2) Rates: There are a lot of VoIP providers available in the market offering same IP service while at different rates. Therefore, it is advisable for a customer to do market research well before buying a specific VoIP services.
3) Technical Support:In this highly competitive world, most of premium VoIP service providers offer round the clock online support service to their valuable clients. This can be a great way to ensure uninterrupted telephony conversation.
